It might have something to do with those in charge of packing. They don’t check for completeness especially based on what’s advertised. I got 4 hook racks, only 2 have the mounting hardware and one came with one of the knobs disconnected. But the design is beautiful. Of course I’d still recommend this vendor! They are responsive and quickly resolves any issues.
