    These vegetable peelers work great!! I used them to peel Yuca which is a tough root vegetable, and they both peeled the Yuca as if it were a carrot. The blades are very sharp making it very easy to cut through the toughest skin. The contour design makes it easy to peel odd shaped fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend these peelers, they seem to be sharper than any peeler I've ever used.
