He wanted 2 give me a partial credit, but I wanted a full refund because it was unusable and I needed 2 replace a lot of things . When I returned it, he claimed it was not the same item & also had the nerve to destroy the package & try to make a claim. When I had packaged it better than he did. It was a headache!

    A great Sony remote control!!

    If you happen to have a Sony 5 disc player for CDs/DVDs, this is a great remote for it with tons of options available that both benefit CDs AND DVDs. I bought this one to replace the one that came with mine but I don't take care of my remotes and toss them around so my original was all cracked. It's a nice investment if you still enjoy a Sony 5 disc player like I do... the remote is a must have!

    Works -- but not easy to use

    It does what's supposed to do. But there are too many tiny buttons on it -- most of them of no practical use (such as a complete number pad), The result is that you have to squint at it to find the button you need.

    Works great!

    I received it and works great, but I bought the 175 I need the 176. My mistake. I have a multi disk dvd player. I'm keeping this one, because everything else works. It just doesn't have disk skip. ^_^
