    Solid and very functional stereo headset

    The Plantronics Savi 8220 is a rock solid office class headset that works very well with a desk phone, a bluetooth connected cell phone, and a PC/laptop. The headset is comfortable, has good stereo sound (make hearing in a somewhat noisy environment easier that monaural - one ear - headsets), and is solidly built. I've used the previous model, the Savi 720, for many years and love it. This new model is a little bit heavier and the docking port is a little harder to settle the headset in. But overall this is another quality Plantronics product.

    The older model is a better choice.

    I have owned the model previous to this one (Savi W720) for over five years and I use it everyday. This new model is definitely a step down, when it comes to service range. When using it in the exact same environment, I only get about 70% of the range I used to get with the older model. Very disappointed.

    A very good and robust product, takes some getting use to in order to get the most out of it. unfortunately htere are no instructions in the box and you have to search for the prodct online in order to understand how to set it up.
