When assembled and programmed, the module performed very well for its low cost. It successfully delivered understandable and consistent ECG data. I recommend also purchasing some extra adhesive probe pads for multiple tests where you expect to be repositioning the probes. The programming set up itself is incredibly simple on Arduino, and resources are readily available online.

These little kits provide great value - a sophisticated IC, already mounted on a PC board, with support components to actually make it work. Not to mention the ECG leads and a sample set of electrodes. Very complete and fun to play with, but best for someone who is electronics savvy. No instructions; get the AD data sheet, and read up on ECGs. And, of course, you need your own A/D or scope or whatever to capture/display. Nevertheless, as I said, great value. THANKS!
