    Dress was not new…wrinkled and had an odor. Was purchased on September 5th but did not arrive until 12 days later. I don’t think the dress was purchased legally as it looked as if it had been rolled up. I will never purchase from this seller again. I donated the dress to Goodwill!! Check out the tag that was attached to it!!
