I received these and just swapped them out and I can finally turn my amplifier up. They hit pretty hard and don't have that muddy sounding bass that comes from over driving a cheaper speaker. Oh yeah my other speakers were supposed to be 1000 watts and my amplifier is a old Blaupunkt 5350 that I have had for years and is not even close to 1000 watts.

Very well built sub for price! I’m only running about 100 watts through them and have them in a small truck box and they bang pretty good with gain only up half way! They have a lot of excursion so they move a lot off air which = very good bass and sound! Would definitely recommend!

Skar 8" d2 sub
This skar sub replaced another 8" powered sub I used for home use. Wired in parallel for the 4ohm amp and it sounds great. Needed to break it in but sounds great now.

Great sound for a great price
Amazing quality. Great bass for only 8”. Have only tried in a sealed box about .500 cubic feet. The one thing I did not like was the spring loaded terminals where you hook wires stick out too far each side about 1/2”. You have to file or grind material from opening to allow speaker to fall through opening. Manufacturer should modify future speakers.
