Everything was brilliant, packaging, communication, description of item and was exactly what I ordered. The only disappointment was getting stung nearly £55 custom charge to receive item that was already payed for and postage was, Especially when I bought my first piece few months back and their was no extra costs. And getting in contact with our Royal Mail or customs is not an option because I've spent days trying to speak to someone, you have more chance getting blood out of a stone!!!!
