simply better than any other brand...
i have three of these units; the first of which i have had for two years and haven't had to replace the battery or do any service of any kind. i cannot say this of the APC backups pro units that they replaced, that needed a pair of new batteries every year, regardless of use. the digital display gives useful info on usage, charge time, and just how long you can expect them to run when the power goes out. when it was time to replace the older apc units, it was a no-brainer. great value for the price!

Great UPS for the price with a lot of useful features and no nonsense features.
If you compare this UPS with all other brands (e.g. APC), you will see that you get a lot more capabilities for lower price and before you concern yourselves with reliability, I have bough 2 of these units for my office use 2 years a go and still operating great and I bough 2 more for my home use about 6 months ago and I can not find anything negative about this unit. It does what is designed for with specifications that are dead on accurate and excellent reliability.

Worth investing in protection!
I bought this product after much research. It beats the main competitor's price by a good margin and appears to be about the same thing. It was easy to install and while I have not needed it yet, it seems ready to go. All internal testing gives me confidence it'll be there when I need it. Im using it as a back up for a powerful trading computer, and its corresponding internet supply. This isnt a "generator", but a simple way to hopefully allow you to properly power down if your power goes out suddenly. It should save your computer from a hard shut down which is terrible for your hard drive and other components, but also allow you to save any work you have open at the time. Its supposed to give you up to 3 hours, depending on your load at the time of the outrage. Mine right now, says it will give me 38 minutes, but kerp in mind I have 4 monitors, the tower and the router plugged into it. I'd recommend this product to anybody who uses their computer for a legitimate purpose, other than surfing for fun or gaming.
Love the blue led display, it matches my desktop computer. I bought this item because I have a very expensive computer and wanted some surge protection, also if my computer was updating and the power goes out I have piece of mind that this will keep my PC going until the update is complete which is very important, if you lose power during an update it can mess things up and you may get lucky and be able to do a system restore and start the update over but that takes time. I use a SSD drive and have that disabled to save space so this gives me piece of mind that my PC will stay out of harms way if the power goes out. Keep in mind if your using a sata drive and the power goes out the arm can drop and create a bad spot on your HDD or worse damgage it so this is an awesome product for Pc enthusiasts.
The AMAZING power backup unit!
These are awesome!!! I have bought three of them for less than it would cost me to get a larger device to handle all my gear. I have one for my computer and one for my monitor and one for all the rest of the stuff. (tablet, phone, laptop and other devices) The price is right and the function is amazing. They have a display that tells you how much more time you have when the main power goes out, the condition of the batteries and so much more. the other brands leave you guessing about everything, hoping you still have an operable unit.
