All of our products are in stock and dispatched within one working day, upon clearance of payment (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders are sent in plain packaging. We are required to display a return address, which is shown as 'Evotex'.
The following delivery options are currently available,
- Royal Mail 48/2nd Class (Untracked): Usually delivered in 2-4 working days. Please allow 10 working days.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (Untracked): Usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Signature required on delivery. Please allow 10 working days.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked): Next Working Day delivery (Monday to Friday). Signature required on delivery.
- International Standard Airmail (Untracked): Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Please allow 15 working days.
- International Tracked/Signed (Tracked): Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Signature required on delivery. Please allow 15 working days.
We are legally required to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by you.
Your order will be shipped by the service that you select at checkout. If the order exceeds the weight/value limit for the service it will be upgraded at no additional cost.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is the only service which guarantees delivery before a specific date for UK customers. If you require order tracking please select Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or International Tracked/Signed (International). Please ensure payment is sent within 7 days.
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days. Your item must be returned to us in perfect original condition (unworn, with packaging and labels intact, and not marked by deodorant, make up, lotions or tanning products etc). Please ensure that bottoms are tried on over existing underwear and hygiene strips remain intact. We may refuse returns where an item has not been sent back in original condition.
- Exchanges: If you would like to purchase an alternative item/size please place a new order for the required product.
- Faulty Items: If your item has a genuine manufacturing fault please contact us.
- Exclusions: Hosiery (stockings, tights, bodystockings) cannot be returned unless in original sealed packaging.
To return an item please select the item in your Purchase History in My eBay and click ‘Return this item’ from the More actions dropdown menu on the right. This will open a return request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation number with details of how and where to return your item.
You are responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered back to us safely. We recommend that you use a tracked/insured service and retain your proof of postage until you have confirmation that your item has been delivered to us.
Orders shipped to UK/European Union - We will refund the cost of your item and the standard delivery charge (Royal Mail 48/2nd Class, International Standard Airmail) under the European Consumer Rights Directive. Upgraded delivery services (Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Signed For, International Tracked) are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
Orders shipped outside the European Union - We will refund the cost of your item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
