Nice flag pole and like the way it works. However the bolt on the gold ball on top ... Nice flag pole and like the way it works. However the bolt on the gold ball on top is not long enough to go through a light that I also ordered from the same place requiring me to buy another ball with a longer bolt or an extension, had I know this I would have bought one that worked correctly. Seller said to go to hardware store and get parts for an extension, I have been 3 times and have yet to find something that fits. Sure been a hassle with this.

Flag Pole either damaged before or during shipping
When I received the delivered flag pole by UPS, the top of flag pole package was torn ... When I received the delivered flag pole by UPS, the top of flag pole package was torn open though product seemed OK at the top. Once I tried extending the pole I had a very difficult time even after reading the included instructions. Later I found the base section was slightly bent not allowing the pole to be extended. Now my problem is that I did not keep the packaging as I thought the product was OK as the torn portion at the top, the top of the flag pole was just fine. Also, I know I am going to have a very difficult time retracting the extending pole to its original closed shipping condition. It was very difficult using two very strong men to extend the pole, so retracting I know will be very difficult. Plus the second pole extension was supposed to have two plastic rotator attachments whereby you could add another second flag, it was missing one attachment. Hopefully this company will be able to take care of this problem so I will be a satisfied customer.

Perfect in our county home
I needed to replace my old flagpole and wanted a new one that would fly 2 flags. When ... I needed to replace my old flagpole and wanted a new one that would fly 2 flags. When I found this product, I thought it would be a good option and it truly was one of the best purchases I have ever made. Easy installation and within a week of installing it, I had used the telescoping feature to lower the flags and bring them in due to a massive storm that went through our area. Two of my neighbors had flag poles that were wiped out and mine was lowered to the ground and protected. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to invest in a well built flagpole for their yard. The two flag option was perfect for us and works great for flying "Old Glory" and a US Navy flag for my stepson and his wife both serving in the Navy. Great product and we are very happy with our choice.
