I am enjoying doing the exercises and am using the routine before my meditation each day. This is the reason I decided to buy it. as I read elsewhere about Qigong helping the meditative process. It does. I needed a basic book because it was the first time I heard about it. I know a couple of Yoga positions and Yoga is not easy. Anyone interested in simple focused exercise, I recommend this book and Qigong.
Book has given me basic understanding of Qi Gong. I do the exercises but wanted more information on how it's affecting my body. The book provided a basic understanding of that.
