Works!!! But not for everyone!!!
My experience with these pills were great!!! They tend to cause an increase in bowel movements lol... more toilet visitations lol... however one will see results in the tummy section within two weeks... I suggest vitamins... veggies... and fruits be consumed daily to replenish ones nutrients... it says to take one capsule a day but I was taking two... due to my own personal preference... but I'd suggest just one then adding another if one wants faster results... also recommend taking with access to a restroom or where one wouldn't have an issue getting to a restroom... drink plenty of water to help keep one's body from dehydration... adding a workout regimen would also promote better results... sit ups... crunches... lite running ect... really think these pills are great to start one on a weight loss journey but may become ineffective in a long period of time but just my opinion!!! Good luck!!!
