      As confirmed by Seller, item was damaged in shipping by USPS. Item was packed in a box that it may have come in in, but not packed well enough for shipping on is own. Paint was chipped. Seller refunded cost and shipping. Seller did not want the item back, although I offered if he sent a return label.
