The finish isn’t as smooth as the original, and the plastic feels a bit rough. Still, the grey color was a good match for my '03 SVT Lightning. Solid 8 out of 10.

I sent a message to the seller and the response was they don’t check this email…I don’t know any other way to get a response other than this, I’d like to get the dark grey and return the black one. Photos are of the light grey and part # on the box, black with the coinciding part number. The 5th photo stock dash.

I can't believe it did not arrive damaged with it being only in a plastic bag with a stick-on shipping label attached.

The seller cooperated fully and it was seamless to return the item. I recommend the Seller and wish it would have been the correct part. I would use them again if they had the correct part or may have another I need later.
