I contacted them and they responded quickly and professionally. They asked me to send the item back for inspection, and I appreciated how clearly everything was communicated. While the part couldn’t be used due to the damage, the company handled the situation well so far and has been helpful throughout the process. Overall, a positive experience despite the issue.

Poor quality, seller contacted me and told me that they have 3 pieces, damaged from factory in stock (I paid $186.00 for this), but, he could send refund and I could buy a NEW part that wasnt damaged, but now for $287.00, changed the price after receiving payment, ALL STOCK DAMAGED, that quality couldnt even left the factory and was already damaged. They change the price more then $100.00 and offer a discount for $30.00.
