Items arrived quickly, as described, and mostly functioning. Pricing was good enough for a niche product. One card powers up perfectly, the other card powered up and gave me red blinky lights. I checked both cards in bios, and found the blinky card to show as PMC-Sun INC, which led me to believe custom firmware installed. Seller accepted the return without issue and I ordered a replacement as I need two

I was impressed with the excellent support and communications. I will look for opportunities to do business with this seller again. The GPU was otherwise just as described - and an excellent value!

Although I tried all avenues to get the SSD to work, it was just NOT going to with my Dell laptop. Contacted seller and they agreed I should send it back. Which I did promptly and was refunded my purchased price. I wish things would've worked out differently because I really wanted that SSD. The whole process went smoothly and will buy from the seller again! Hopefully with better luck next time.
