    Never sent out my item. Never responded to messages. Ordered on the 12, but didn’t refund me until the 27th, after requesting a refund on the 17th, which they denied. Had to put in a “did not receive” complaint with eBay. They finally refunded me on the 27th, the day I could have eBay step in. It was a kid’s movie, for my child, bought with his own money (I let the seller know that in a message before requesting a refund, with no response). My child was so disappointed.
