UPS gets it to the destination city and then hands it back to USPS to deliver. Isn't our government great!! And USPS and UPS do not always share tracking numbers. Item was delivered on time, but it gave both seller and buyer headaches. Aggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
