  • Good Read for the DMB Noob

    I am a huge DMB fan and often feel cravings for more and more knowledge of the band, which is why I bought this book. I've only read through the first four chapters or so thus far, but I can tell you that everything I have read in those four chapters I already knew to some capacity. The book itself is a little dated (2004 "Edition" of a 1999 copyright) and is not what I would call "well written." It does, however, include some cool stuff like the bands discography and a "gigography," as well as some other cool DMB-nerd friendly type information. If you don't know much about the band (if you refer to the enitre band as "Dave Matthews" or "he"), this is a good book for you. While I'm not a fan of the writing style, I have to admit that it is probably the most well organized and factual ...
