  • Quit Being Unhappy

This is one of Dr. Ellis' sentinel books. Although it is a scholarly work it is highly digestible and contains a ton of information to assist in bettering your life. Recommended highly.

  • Why should I make myself miserable??

Loved this book!!! It helped me to change my behaviors by looking at my own faults.

  • The title said it all

The information in this book was very good at identifying problem thinking and behavior. I think the way it was presented caused it to be a bit boring. I think the author over-analyzed how to look at problems and used too many abbreviations throughout the book. Good info but flat reading.
