    I installed this belt and was going thro...

    I installed this belt and was going through the proper brake in procedure. Switching between low gear and high gear, keeping my RPMs under 5000. I was increasing my RPM to 6000 and att 31 miles it desinigrated at 35 mph, under a easy steady throttle. When I installed the belt it just didn't look the same or feel the same as my other OEM belt I have purchased. Wonder if it is some cheap knock off belt. I know belts and how to use them. After all I do have nearly 14,000 miles on my x3 xes.

    This belt is a knock off belt. Lasted 2 weeks broke and took out clutch covers. There is a reason it is over half the price of an OEM belt. Junk look at the photos and the belt no parts numbers

    This is not a good belt it exploded after half throttle after break in period very scary in the wrong situation.I thought I had a clutch problem but bought next belt straight from dealer and no issues after same break in full throttle no problems Looks right but it is not. Would not buy
