I was initially sent the wrong plant, and it took me 9 messaging attempts over 18 days to get a response when I let them know of the error and get the tracking number & carrier information for the replacementfuture. I really like how well the plant was packaged, but I'm pretty busy and it was too frustrating trying to communicate with seller, so I'll buy elsewhere in the future.
