It was not the seller or the store's fault because the item was wrapped from the factory. The damage probably happened when the manufacture was boxing the item. The Tux smells amazing though holy moly!! :)

The color is significantly different than the photo, and from the previous sandals of the same brand that I've bought in the past. Also the price has increased significantly. 2. The shipping time was schizophrenic.
