After the return process it became apparent that the part was functional and that Samsung website had the incorrect replacement part listed resulting in me purchasing an identical looking part, but with the wrong programming for the buttons. Learn from me, do your research before ordering parts. This seller was great and would order again from them.

I was able to get the washer to complete wash cycles but the physical load selection knob did not line up with the LED cycle that was selected. Additionally, the washer would not go into diagnostic mode. The seller was great and gave me the option of returning the board or keeping it and getting a 50% refund. These guys are absolutely great.
