We ship all over the world. All goods in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Items will be sent by Royal Mail from the UK.
All overseas goods will be shipped with insurance.
Royal Mail try to deliver within 1-3 days (UK);
3-5 days (EU); 5-8 days (non-EU, worldwide), However there can be delays beyond our control.
All items are priced by weight, and we use the most afforadble and secure service available.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order within seven days
starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us, phone or email at email@example.com clearly stating your full details, item number and cancellation instructions.
To cancel the order you must give us notice within seven working days
starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the order, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below.
we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items.
Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to £30 should a package not be delivered
and therefore must not be used for returning any items of a higher value.

Breakages & Faulty Items.
Please inform us of any damages within two working days of receiving the item (s).
Items that have been damaged while in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
If an item develops a fault within the first 6 months from sale of item, I will replace or refund, I have a legal obligation to give a 6 months guarantee from date of sale on all items. under "the sale of goods" act 1979
Please inform us within 30 days if an item fails to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for items lost
if we have not been notified of the item been missing within a 30 day period starting from the date the item was despatched.
