I read this some time ago and purchased it for review. I learned about as much with a second reading. Good book for mental toughness in any sport but especially racket/paddle sports.

A must read for tennis players. Especially the underdog.
A must read for anyone who wants to be competitive at tennis; whether you are getting started or experienced. This book has been recommended by every Pro I know. It is different from what I expected, too. Better. It has a lot to do with preparation, common sense things often overlooked and various mental components of the game.
