It was very late being delivered, the items are the wrong colour and the corespamdance from the seller was terrible. The first pair I ordered wherre rejected out of hand with no explanation. The second pair arrived late and were the wrong colour (not that really matters, to be honest, but you expect to get what your ordered)
SoftSafe, I have ordered from you before and you have been excellent. You really dropped the ball on this one, shame on you. Lift your game, sunshine!

Terrible service, does not answer your messages for days. I had to call 2 weeks after I purchased to see what was going on with our items, I was told that the first item was sent but never received and never received tracking information. Seller advertised the items were in Australia which I suit was sent from Dubai, so never received my items till 4 weeks later and if I hadn’t chased it I believe I still would not have them. I will never purchase through these people again.
