“I would grade this rather nice note as a good extremely fine or much better. The note is clean, has no stains, has a light vertical fold but has no horizontal folds. The note has no graffiti, no pinholes, no splits, and no tears. The corners are nicely squared and intact with minimum rounding, but has a few minor bumps and fold marks. The edges are intact with no observable roughness. The note retains quite a bit of its original stiffness and crispiness. It colors are vivid and show no fading. All in all a lightly used and great looking example of this great historic note, which would make a great addition to your collection. Please see photo for additional condition information.”
