      Shipping seemed to have been an issue. Packaging was OK, but I think (hard to tell after...) the packaging was up against the walls of the box. It very obviously was labeled, FRAGINE on ALL sides. I blame the shipping, but either way, jbsmitty79 immediately refunded me 100% after messaging them that 3 out of 4 of the Fluted champaign glasses broke. The glasses were as described other than the broken-ness... Value was great for such a hard to find piece like this. Would do business again.

      -There was not a tracking number attached to the item. I had to call to verify that they received the order as well as if it was shipped and when it would arrive. - The box was smashed on one side upon delivery. - The ears of the deer were damaged ( not sure if it was like that before purchase as it was never mentioned in the description) or during shipment.
