    The item was listed as brand new. But it seemed that I got an opened package. One one that looked like it was a return item. I communicated with the seller and they refunded me and did not request for me to spend more money to ship the item back. Overall I was pleased with the experience because I didn't have to spend more money to send the item back to get a refund. And I was able to use that money on purchasing new shocks for my car.
