    Read before you buy, only fits gallon bottles.

    While I did receive the package it doesn't fit regular diff oil bottles, only fit gallon ones. It does say that in the product description but I just didn't read it and cannot leave a feedback/review for my own mistake. I did manage to work on this and pumped the fluid with ease. Just make sure you read before you buy. Pump is good quality and does work.

    Fluid Pump for Gallon Bottles Hand Transfer Pump for Gear Oil Fluid Transmission.

    It is a good product, probably quite effective for it`s intended purpose. It is not what I needed or expected. I ordered the kit to refill automotive differentials and manual transmissions. I needed a pump that would attach to a tall narrow quart gear oil bottle and transfer the contents differentials and transmissions via their fill holes. The pump allowed me to partially transfer oil but the cap on the pump did not fit the gear lube bottle and the pump asst. is too large to fit into such a bottle. I had to transfer the oil to another container that the pump would fit in but would not actually attach to the threads. The job turned out to be awkward and messy. I was able to partially fill differential and transmission but not fill. I had to purchase a simple cheaper pump at Walmart ...

    Doesn’t fit quart size oil bottles.

    No, it didn’t fit in my quart size oil bottles. It shows The packaging shows it pumping out of a quart size bottle, but it doesn’t fit in my Honda differential oil bottles. I had to cut the top of a bottle off and then I ended up spilling some and making a small mess.

    Would recommend a pump that fits in small conventional openings found in your typical oil quart bottle

    It will not fit in a conventional openings. Will only fit wide mouth openings on bottles.
