    The item is exactly as described. The promised shipping time was two weeks past its promised delivery date. The tracking information stopped Sept. 10th not sure if the shipping delay was due to the seller or USPS. The seller appeared to try and respond to my inquiry but I didn’t see anything in writing other than a general eBay response of “seller has update tracking info” the seller does a high volume of items so I’m ire my measly $12 purchase wasn’t high on priority.
