still a good upgrade for an older DDR3 AMD/Intel system that runs Linux.
This is still a decent card in 2025 to upgrade an older system with DDR3 RAM that is running on Linux as there is still good kernel driver support, but in Windows maybe not so much as it's starting to be EOL, and under Linux using STEAM w/proton, it can still run many games at 1080p 60Hz/75Hz, but don't expect miracles, and don't overpay for this card as there are better budget cards for newer systems like the AMD RX6650XT 8GB, or the AMD RX7000 series.
