    Although in the end my MacBook was not repairable (data recovery)I think the seller did everything he could. Very professional and responsive to messages. Sent pictures of every step and gave detailed responses to questions. Sent me options throughout the process and prices to complete additional work. I believe he spent quite a bit of time working on it and unfortunately was not able to retrieve the data. In the end I would definitely use again if I ever need similar services.
