    Dishonest! Created shipping label and notified me “The item was shipped”, while in reality the item was handed to the post office 3 days later. Charged $16.87 for USPS Priority Mail but shipped by the cheapest method- USPS Ground, claiming “mistake”. When I asked for a partial refund of $5 (which was even less than the actual amount he should be refunding), he refused. As a result of all the above I received the item after 10 days. The item was as described.
