      The model arrived safely but without plans. I contacted Mr. LeBoeul, who responded right away that he would be willing to refund the price of $18. I reminded him that the price was only $15, but he refunded the $18 plus tax and sent me a link to the manufacturer for purchasing the plans I need. The hopeless situation was turned into one that I can live with. Mr. Boeul is a fine gentleman. Next time I will be more careful.

      Mr Harris sent letter through the mail, making a threat by giving a bad review if I didn't take care of this situation, because he didn't read my listing.before he bought, if he would have looked at photos they clearly showed him there where no plans. Threaten sellers isn't the way to handle the situation. But it all worked out for Mr. Harris. He gets a model for free and $3.00 credit for shipping. There is no ill feelings on my part. Cheers
