    The watch arrived and it looked as described tags and everything. 3 of the buttons that control its features did not function, so I contacted the seller about returning it. We checked and the return prices were really expensive. Almost double the cost of the product itself. The seller then just issued a full refund of the item and told me to keep it. This person went out of his way and at a loss to himself he insured that customer is protected from unplanned circumstances. TRUSTWORTHY VENDOR!!!!
