Its brand new condition, and has great appearance, and is waterproof, and and absolute bargain in value. My antenna is a GMRS copper j-pole mounted 35 feet high with 50 feet of LMR coax cable. I was astounded that I can get about 10-15 miles in a heavily wooded urban area. Retevis makes outstanding products. I also own the Retevis RA-25 and RA-87 GMRS radios, and they are both awesome. 😊😊❤️

Specs say 25 watt output I'd expect to lower after the duplexer but my output shows closer to 29 to 31 watts which is insane for a repeater this size. Highly recommend direct from source.
