They sent it to Florida, on the wrong truck. They also made a few holes threw the packaging causing some minor damage to the front wheel. Bike looks good . Some of the bolts came loose in shipping and FedEx broke the box letting the loose bolts get lost somewhere. Luckily there were extra screws included. Sellers communication was great. I would suggest that the seller use the fedex money back guarantee as the fedex delivery was delayed twice and delivered outside of the delivery window. 5 stars for the seller and zero stars for FedEx making me wait outside for 3 days.
