The PILOT 1 has strong reception which is ideal going into low reception areas such as apartment hallways, rural areas, military bases, etc.. My only issue is that I would prefer the battery to be 20K mAh, but that upgrade can be addressed for the PILOT 4; another reason for a battery upgrade is that I always have performance mode on to deter lagging. An unexpected perk is the loud speaker; louder than my Active 10 Pro tablet! Thanks Blackview for another awesome product!

Compared to other rugged phones on the market it provides good specs and durability at a reasonable price. I was a little worried with the tracking, there was no movement for 5 days then suddenly it was at my local delivery office and then it was delivered the next day on the 6th day. Three days ahead of the original delivery time.
