    Shipped really fast. Got them and they were new as described. The price was very competitive. Original packaging. Once I got the shutters I found out I made a mistake. These would not work for my mom's house. The seller offered a refund of the full amount and did not want the item back. I felt bad but he just insisted that I keep it. Great communication and seller. Also took three weeks for seller to respond to original order, then an additional month without a response to my request for the correct product. He pushes back the time away from his online store and is unresponsive. Be careful with these custom cut size dealers on ebay; I wanted to go through official stores, but it was pricey. Next time, I'll stick with pricey.

    Bought a Swiss Madison sink from this seller for $70. Waiting for delivery on July 12th. The 12th and one more week pass, no sink. Sent the seller 3 emails. Silence, no response. UPS replies: "We did not receive the sink". Next day I see same sink from this seller for $90 !!! And hi send me offer for $85. What impudence! I would not recommend dealing with shroud people.
