  Advertised as NEW- -but arrived in an opened box. Great communications with seller, who agreed to cover any problems with the trimmer. As it turned out, all parts were located and upon assembly, the trimmer started and seems to run okay. Seller was great - agreed to abck the transaction completely.

  My mower arrived on time, and it was exactly what I ordered/expected. The box was slightly damaged in shipping, and after finding loose plastic shards, I may be missing a small part, a battery cover latch. The seller is very responsive, and has offered to refund the price of the part. I am the holdup right now; my schedule this week has kept me from completing my research and getting back to the seller. I am confident this issue will be resolved quickly and our mutual satisfaction.

  I had to return this ceiling fan after having a handyman install it. So I packaged it all back up, and the seller accommodated my refund even though I couldn't put all the pieces back in the original plastic wrapping. Would consider buying from them again. Nothing wrong with the fan, it arrived in perfect condition as described. It was just too small for our room. They were fantastic about the situation!
