    The item arrived but the back wiper was missing. Contacted seller and was told it was packed separately. Asked for a tracking number for the other package. Twice. Finally, the back wiper was shipped. Everything finally arrived as described but I feel like if I didn't keep nagging I would not have gotten all of my order.

    Ordered a set of 3 windshield wipers. I only got 2 in the order. Of course the 1 wiper I needed (driver’s side) wasn’t there. I requested a refund. Since return shipping was too much, they offered half a refund and let me keep the other 2 wipers. Ended up going to Walmart and got the driver’s side wiper for $10. I got a little over $10 refund back. At the end of the day, it worked out and they resolved the issue. Fair is fair but be warned that you may not get your entire order from this seller
