So definitely gentle rub and seems to work great. I use it in shower. Slow gentle rub for like 20 seconds and wash off and repeat.Make sure yiu get the anti itch spray both products works great for me. Itching makes the rash worse or spread. So after shower if I get an itch feeling I spray it with that. Rash goes away quicker.
