Oddly, though, they came with three small earcups and one medium. Mercifully not a problem for me because I prefer the large earcups. I also had to pair them twice and put them back in the case and take them out a few times to actually get noise cancelling to activate. So if they don't seem to work immediately just give pairing them another one or two tries. Zero problems since and great sound.

That's high praise considering I have some weird ears. These sound great, I would wish for perhaps a little more volume, and a little more bass but still the best I have heard out of wireless earbuds yet.
