I ask you to perform little tests to help you give some thought about how dangerous smoking is, to help you want to really quit. I point out smoking as part of a spiritual warfare. Finally, the book is to be used with a fake cigarette called a cigarette pacifier. You can order it or you can use a straw cut in half, and also use mint sugarless candy, gum, or cough drops. Also in the making, the book will be available on cassette tape with music in the background, the kind of music that pertains to smoking.
