"This textbook nimbly covers a wide, complex subject without dumbing it down...It's easy to read (in bite sized chunks) and the liberal use of colour, and high quality paper, add a feel-good factor". BMA Awards 2007, review of the previous edition

Good information. 103 or 105 questions while the actual test was 150-155. The questions are worded in a tricky way, some are if you are being audited while some are if you are auditing, so the term supplier can be confusing (me as a supplier to client, or me as a client auditing supplier). ASQ test is similar in this aspect.

I was searching for this book for a while and was appalled at the cost. I came across this seller and I was happy with the price from the seller. The seller messaged to let me know that this was the global version before it was actually shipped. That, I appreciated so much. My book arrived in perfect condition, looks great. The packaging was secure and the book, brand new. This is of great quality both in the service and the book. I will definitely use this seller again. Excellent!
