    I needed an OEM unlocked phone for GrapheneOS, and mistakenly thought "unlocked" was OEM unlocked. I contacted the seller, and they told me I could add "must be OEM unlocked" in the note-to-seller box at checkout on ebay. I sent the first phone back for a full refund, and the second phone they sent me was exactly what I needed. I'm very grateful for their help through this process.
