    Item does not work

    I was really looking forward to using this new land phone since I dropped my old phone and it started making an impossible scratchy voice sound. BUT....I am not happy with this new phone BECAUSE... The Speaker will not stay on. when I press the button. Also, the CALLER ID Screen does not light up or show who is calling. I put brand new batteries into the phone, and the screen does not light up. I am used to using this exact brand of phone ATT 2909 and familiar with how it should work. I need to RETURN this PHONE. Can you please send me a RETURN LABEL?

    An oldie but a goodie

    I still have a landline and I this works perfectly for me! Call me old-fashioned but if it ain't broke (and ATT products seldom do) don't fix it. And if the power goes out and the phone lines aren't down, this puppy will still work. YAY!
